OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on all orders worldwide. The items must be unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached. Our return time frame extends no longer than 14 days after purchase, it is only possible to process a return once.
The customer has to take full responsibility & cost for the return of an order.
MUDG & Martyr Underground offers help thru our support channels where you will be able to retrieve the return address.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges, only a full refund of the item/items.
In our mission to lessen our footprint on the environment, we will not cover ANY shipping costs for returned items. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or similar cases during the return.
Swedish customers are entitled to a prepaid return label, please contact our support for more info. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please contact our support to initiate a return if your item meets the following requirements:

Once you have received your goods the returns request must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The goods need to be complete and undamaged with the original packaging, and all the original tags.

If your return matches the above criterias, the next step is to contact our support thru our help page, to initiate the return.

Remember to hand in the package before the 14 days period and send us proof of handing in the package. Otherwise, the return will be canceled and we will no longer accept the return.

If your return meets all the requirements above, we will inspect the items within 1-2 business days of receipt of the goods. If the order fulfills all the requirements we will initiate a refund, this can take up to 10 business days depending on your payment method.

If the item does not meet the requirements, we will offer to send back the item, but at the cost of the buyer. Local shoppers can pick up the package physically.
